Chef Santosh Sharma, First priority is controlling and directing the food preparation process approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulation including sanitary and food safety guidelines, we are glad to have to have Chef Santosh Sharma to head up the superb team in our kitchen.
He had started his career in hospitality industry from 2002 in Ambassadors Sky Chef ( Flight Catering), then he moved to Mumbai in 5 Star Hotel, Then Dubai in 4 star Deluxe Hotel. After that he moved to London working on reputed restaurant for last 14 years. Therefore, he qualified well and got experienced from food industry, Chef Santosh opened his own restaurant Spices Delhi Indian Restaurant & Cocktail Bar.
Chef Santosh Sharma always maintain his standards of foods and service to get the guest always satisfied with quality food, service and presentation of our food.
